Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating marketing programs that build brand awareness and introduce our products and services to new customers as well as supporting our sales team with a wide variety of sales and marketing activities


Education / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • Exceptional time management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Efficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Good research, data analysis, and data management skills is a plus
  • Knowledge of the valve industry is a plus
  • Strong team focus and ability to work cross functionally and across global teams,
  • Communicate clear direction and priorities for supporting organizations,
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated, with ability to drive success,
  • Excellent creativity, problem solving, and decision-making skills - including an understanding of when to escalate both technical and administrative decisions,
  • Ability to create an environment of trust and consistently exhibit a positive attitude. Manage and track the marketing budget and report to sales management


Responsibilities:

  • Research and segment new customer prospects, review with sales management, prioritize prospects and initiate marketing introductions
  • Actively market to new customers, introduce our value proposition and services, and initiate follow-through activities
  • Maintain brand awareness by actively marketing to existing customer by distributing items of interest
  • Report marketing lead activity and advancement through the sales pipeline
  • Coordinate trade shows, customer, and industry sponsorships and events - registrations, planning, and execution
  • Review, manage, and update website content and assist with website enhancements and development
  • Conduct monthly customer service surveys, seek customer feedback, manage and disseminate feedback
  • Coordinate company sales collateral, assist account managers with presentations and collateral needs
  • Coordinate business cards, company logos, signs, and all marketing promotional items
  • Other duties as assigned.
